  • Shipping & Delivery

    Items which are held here in the UK are available on a next day service for orders received by 2pm. Items held in our central European warehouse are available on a 3 - 4 working day delivery service. If your order is urgent we are able too‡er an express next day service from Europe subject to a freight cost based on the weight of the order. All orders placed after 12pm will be treated as being received on the next working day. Delivery times are approximate and we accept no liability for late deliveries caused by events beyond our control. This also includes express deliveries.

    All items are covered under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations:- You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. To cancel the contract, we must be informed either in writing, by fax or by e-mail giving the reason for return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant goods securely and send them including a copy of the invoice so that we receive them within 7 working days of the date that the goods were delivered to you. The return address is:- Intalite UK, 148-154 Merton High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 1AZ. Please note goods not required after this period will be subject to a 25% handling fee, and in some cases may be refused on special orders. Business to business contracts will incur all handling fees. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as goods arriving back damaged or not in a resell able condition will be refused. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. A refund will not be issued until the items have been inspected by the manufacturer and a full credit is issued back to TIC Lighting. .
